So glad they opened up! We were really hoping Knoxville would get a rolled ice cream place and it happened! Very tasty. We got the Oreo cookies and cream. Highly recommend this place!

I loved the icecream. I did the make your own with vanilla ice cream and caramel mix in (honestly could have used more caramel) and whipped cream and sprinkles as the topping. My mom got the Circus one with Cotton candy mixed in and it was so good! Not too sweet surprisingly. Watching it being made is the fun part!

Such a fun little place. The ice cream itself was super good. I went with my husband and a friend and we all got something different so I tasted everyone's and it was all great. The staff was incredibly friendly and in spite of it being super slammed there it was really fast. I cant wait to go back!

Rolled Ice Cream is made from a liquid cream base can be mixed various ingredients on a sub-zero metal pan. It is then chopped and diced then spread flat and rolled into yummy ice cream perfection.

What Flavors Do You Have?

The number of combinations is only limited by your imagination. We have 6 signature combinations but with our vast mix-ins and toppings, you can create your own signature combination.

Is Rolled Ice Cream Healthier

You can choose antioxidant-packed fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries & etc for your mix-ins and toppings to make a nutritious rich treat!

What happens if I have allergies?

Please tell the cashier if you have an allergy. We will make sure to clean our machines/utensils and change our gloves.
